Stay and Play
Stay and play is an hour session in which children aged 4 and under can explore the gym. This is not a structured class although a coach will be available in the room. These are pay as you go sessions and do not require you to book in advance.
Parent and Child
The Parent and Child class is similar to the stay and play however the coaches are available for advice and coaching throughout the session. These sessions are an hour long.
